Ron and Janie Frazer own Frazer Farms .The pair has a 26 acre farm where they raise Belted Galloway cattle, organic chickens, and organic hay.

Belted Galloway cattle originally come from Scotland. This breed is also known as the Oreo cookie cow, they have a dark head and tail with a white belly band. The cattle have been on a watch list because there were so few of them. The breed has been moved to recovering status by the American Live Stock Breeds Conservancy.

Soil and water testing is accomplished yearly to verify organic restrictions are being met. Additionally Janie must keep notes on when feed bags are open or when the cattle is moved to different pastures.
